I similarly to the complaints listed so far, have had money deducted from my account long before the trial period had lapsed. My decision to try the product was based on a GMTV review and I am very surprised that the company have had such media support given their growing reputation as a scam which I am now aware of from the SCAMBOOK website.
I have phoned the company in the US and was promised a refund through their Scotland distributor. I have also emailed their CEO listed as Paul Thomas and the online payment system they use but I am wary of any satisfactory response based on comments being made.
