I have signed up with Just Cloud to back up my files, as i have more than 2tb of files i opted for their unlimited plan . after i have backed up about 750gb the upload stopped and i was informed to buy more space, but i cannot since i've bought the highest option possible. after contacting just cloud they informed me that they are capping me in compliance with their fair usage policy and that i should look into a different provider and offered me a full refund . after a lengthy discussion how 750tb is not unlimited i've opted for the refund . they refunded the subscription payed but not the extra services bought, which turns out are not refundable. Their advertisement is false as their unlimited service offers less size than the average computer hard drive sold today, also their full refund is not full but just the subscription charges.
