Rented a van on 8-18-2012 at 3:00p.m suppose to return van 8-21-2012 at 3:00p.m gave Joseph Lore a depoist of 395.00.Total for renting the van 298.94 including insurance and I was suppose to get the remainer when I return van,8-19-2012 van broke down on our way to Wisconsin Dells called Joesph he was suppose to send triple A but he came instead Joseph came out and assisted my son father with fiting the flat tire.He told me to come to the company and pick up another van when we retured to Milwaukee alond with more miles.We when to the company 8-20-2012 Joseph took the key's and my deposit and left me,the driver and my mother stranded.Told me the reason I didnt get my deposit was because i had to pay for a new tire and his service for coming out to fits the tire.
