On July 5, 2012 I pull up my bank statement and saw that this company had taking $30.00 out of my account. First of all, I dont even know who this company is[ I know now they are payday loan co.] I did not give them permission to take thirty dollars out of my account. I dont even do payday loans because their interest rates are way too high. I have called them three times[ I dont think anybody in that place can speak english] and I dont speak spanish. Anyway I was told that I would get my money within three to five business days. Well, here it is August 22,2012 and that was July 6,2012, I havent got my money back. I am on Social Security and I dont have $30.00 to throw away. The next time I called I will tell them I am getting my Attorney General involve in this. I just want my damn $30.00 back. Oh yell, I also got an overdraft fee because of it.
