Just received my VISA a/c with the amount of FREE pills charged to me as $83.13 & $83.14. I had already paid the shipping on previous VISA bill. I'm shocked - also discovered, without my consent they are sending me further shipments of the Cleanser and the Slim Pills and charging my account.
Upon speaking with an employee I was told I hadn't followed the protocol of calling within 14 days of original order - I hadn't even received the product by then, never mind tried it. I have been enrolled in a "membership" - needless to say I am MAD with this company, and have contacted my bank who are dealing with it through their disputes department.
What was FREE turned out to aggravating and frustrating - hopefully not expensive. I am anticipating a full reimbursement in time. My suggestion - have nothing to do with this company or with Lipo Slim.
