I bought a car from this car lot on 09/03/2010, which was a lemon, I took the car back 5 times before you give me another car, for 5 months, I paid $184.00 a month,I also give him a $1,500.00 down payment. When he took the lemon back he did not or would not apply the monies that I have already paid to the new car. The car listed as $3750.00,but he changed me $4000.00. He as had me sign three different contracts. All of them with different payment amounts. On 04/30/2011 I wrote him a letter asking that he get my balance right, he never replied. On 06/17/2011 he came and took the car back, for none payment however, I had paid him a month in advance. I recived no letter or any thing in writing that he as coming to get my car. When I went to see him, he told me that I can have my car back if I paid him $ 3000.00 in cash in 3 days that was on 06/23/2011.I feel that I have been scamed, because, he knew that the car he sold me was a lemon.
Is there any way that I can get some or all of my money back?
