was looking for payday entered my info but when they said they charge 30.00 to find a lender i changed my mind and did not go through with it but they charged my bank acct anyway which caused me an overdraft.contacted them on july 20 and was told had to wait 10 to 15 days to refund. after that it was nothing but aggavation with excuses and it is the 23 of month and still no refund. never can speak to anyone in charge and i think they must reg flag certain phone numbers because everytime i call they ask me to hold after a minute they dissconect my call. what do i have to do to get my refund.
