Ziinga is a huge scam. Be careful. They took money from my bank account even though after I refused to complete the registration when I saw that they were asking for a scanned copy of my credit card as well as of my driver's license or passport. I immediately phoned to make sure the cancellation went through but couldn't get anyone on the line, so I started a chat with someone who treated me horribly. They have now posted close to $100 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that I had the option to cancel but that they would not only not remove those charges and that I will be charged another $50 as a cancellation fee, plus whatever charges they will automatically post to my account until the end of the 3-month contract that they say I am obligated to have. Talk about a scam. I have never seen something like it. The fight is not over. I will try to have my credit card remove the charges and block any others. We shall see...
