A company claiming to be a loans broker offered me a loan, but they said i had to pa upfront fees before they would release the loan. I payed the sums asked of me then they never transferred the money and they keep calling me and asking for more money off of me. I asked them for a refund instead of the loan as i couldn't afford to make any more payments and i was told that the money i had payed was nonrefundable. I then found out that the people calling me are scammers and fraudulent.
