I have the same story as the others. It looks like a website from Great Britain, but is from China. I ordered shoes. Money was taken quickly. No shoes came. I contacted them through four different emails. No response. I got a small tracked package that turned out to be a disposable shower cap. Paypal will ask you in a automatic response to return the item to get your money back. I was not about to send a disposable shower cap back to China with a tracking number. here is where may people may give up, but I called paypal and they agreed that I should not have to send back the "useless" item. they gave me my money back and are investigating the seller. Follow through with this to help shut down this website.
