My computer has been locked pending a payment of $200 to "State" through money pack within a 24 hour period for what was termed an illegal down load and copyright unfringement and violation of Criminal Federal Law! How do I get my computer turned back on? I am sure this is a scam and it hijacks the computer.

- I am running windows vista and was able to do a system restore and get rid of the virus. I restarted my laptop and held down the F8 key. When the pc started beeping I released the key and let it finish powering up. A screen came up and highlighted was the message "Repair Computer". I clicked on this and then at the next screen I chose "System Restore". I chose yesterdays date and clicked OK. My pc was restored and so far no more trouble with the cyber cops!
