O ordered a free trial of slimtone plus and cancelled 14 days after the shipping date, which was less that 14 days after i received the product but I was told that thaey had already taken £75 + £37.50 from me, and it was within the terms and conditions. How was it a 14 free trial period when I had them less than 14 days

- This happened to me also, I tried to contact them and after many attempts of trying to get through I decided to send them an email (and what a surprise, I heard nothing back) so, I contacted my bank, who said that they would monitor my account and although they couldn't block a payment before it went out they would definitely get the money back once it had been debited from my account and then proceed to block this wretched company from taking any more from my account, I then decided to try again to contact the company, and this time managed to get through to a very rude, arrogant female who basically told me they were quite within their rights to take the money as it was stated in the T&Cs, now me being a person who always checks for T&Cs would not have just missed them, so no they were not there on the page, I assured the agent on the telephone that I would get my money back, and then I would get them blocked from taking any more money from my account, I also made her aware that I would then proceed to report them to every official body I could find, I am currently in the middle of making BBC Watchdog aware of these people, I am also in the process of reporting them to visa, from then I will continue to get their name around and make everyone aware of them, & get them shamed for what they really are - scammers that see no wrong in scamming the hard earned cash of innocent people and families! and I for one am not going to stand by and let them get away with what they did to me!
