Said that I had someone trying to hack into my computer. They they would fix it for $199.99. So supposedly they did. I called the next night and got someone else that was a Tech. I said I wanted to know how do I know that no one can get into my computer. He said to look at the Norton Screen and it says SECURE that I am safe. It has always said SECURE even before I called them. He went through and did this and did that. He removed a couple of clean ups that I had on my computer that he took off. He said I was confusing him will all of my questions. I asked him why the Tech the night before didn't take off the couple of things for the clean up. He said that he probably was nervous about what he was doing. The 3 guys I talked to was first Alex, then Awadhesh Kumar Rai and then for tonight the 3rd Tech was Udham. I have been trying to call Customer Service to cancel my subscription but get one to answer. Udham said for me to call every 10 - 15 days and they will check my computer for me. I don't need to go back afterwards and put back my tool bars after they go back in and check it out again!!
