After I installed an Ask 4 Internet, the Internet did't work. The problem had lasted for a week! I have called them for 7 days, and only the phone had costed a lot, but every time, they said they will call back, they never called; every time, they said they will send engineer to fix it, they never send. I don't know how to do, only to complain, because they don't mind your little stuff. You can't imagine how the life would be when Internet was down for a week.Please, help me!
