International boundaries
Infinity for my broadband was connected on 30th August'12.
Became aware my voicemail was not working on 31st August'12. This was reported and I was told it will be rectified within 24 to 48 hours. I was told that the reason for this fault was due to the work carried out by BT engineer the previous day.
I am terribly concerned on two matters;
1) BT being aware of problems occuring after installation of infinity failed to check the system before my discovery of the problem.
and 2) Having been told that the system will be rectified within 24 to 48 hours on 31st August, I am still waitng for the remedial works.
I will want adequate compensation to cover all the inconvenience and nuisance created by yourself which should not have occurred and could have been avioded.
