i ordered a free trial from this company on 15/06/2012 and on 14/07/20/12 discovered they had taken £57+ p&p from my account. i emailed the company to be told that the free trial was for 14 days only then i would be charged the £57 for the product.i accessed my account to change the auto-fill to never repeat this order. today upon visiting my bank, have discovered dead sea beauty are planning to withdraw a further £54+ from my bank account i have emailed them again asking them not to do this, i hold little hope of them acting on my request. i am hoping my bank will be able to retrieve this amount and will now have change my bank details............ is there any hope i will receive this refund?? any advice will be gratefully received apart from the fact that i am truly an idiot and never to do this again. :o))
