Inconvienently you go through drive through to get an order what you want , What employee holds up the line by conversating well theres customers behind waiting to make an order at the speaker? .. So thinking there going to conversate all night long , so it looked like.. Frustrated I AM! Me wanting to get to the speaker to make my order there i got the employee's attention who was conversating with the customer that was holding up the line , he then decides to go ahead and get his friends order that he was conversating with and didnt think of us as customers and avoided us and got his friends order there for i noticed that and told him "That is not fair, You were there conversating with him well other cars are waiting to get through." There was also drive off's just because the hold up. Then i told him, "So your going to get his order first, When your over there conversating with him and holding up everybody in drive through." Then Matthew Nabore who he is that claims he is Manager there just because his Father in-Law owns Dairy Queen here in this Small town. Then told me i cut in front of his customer that he was so busy conversating with holding up the line , i then told him "I am a Customer too, if you want to coversate get out of drive thru area, and get what you want to order and leave!" Isnt that what Drive-Thru's are for ? Any how he Refused service , and didnt let me get my order that i had ordered, Although he did order the worker to cancel my order and went ahead and gave free ice cream to his friend he was conversating with . Then told me to leave the property i was so frustrated i told him some stuff. There for customers had left because poor customer service from his immature Stupidity. Very BAD customer Service! i feel this should be taken care of and get better customer service for the future, for it being in a small town.
