After not receiving my loan, I called Karen or Kathryn Cross. She said to me "what? you haven't received your loan yet?? That's not how we do business. Unfortunately, it is out of my hands and you will have to talk with someone in customer service." She even went as far as telling me to "demand" my money back because this loan should have been funded already. Well apparently there is only one person that works in customer service and his name is Tony Frazier. He has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered!! I attempted to request either my loan be funded immediately or an immediate refund. He informed me that his department does not issue refunds and that it is a process that could take 30 days. He told me then that he had a lender but that lender wanted more money which I refused. Then another lender must have landed in his lap because he said he had another and that loan could be released immediately once I pay the "government taxes". I told him that I would not pay one more penny for anything. He said well, don't you have to pay taxes in your country. I do but I'm not paying taxes in your country for a scam of a company. He informed me that he would process my refund soon and hung up on me. We will see. I've tried calling Ms. Cross but she never seems to be at her desk! There has to be something that we can do collectively to stop companies like this. Yes, probably should not have sent the money but desperate times call for desperate measures. So, never got the loan and my financial problems are just getting worse because of sending money to this company!
