I went to Dillards to buy some cosmectics from Clinque. Cyrstal waited on me and ended of being rude. While waiting on me, she helped 4 customers in between my service (a paying customer)and ignored my concern. I finally got up and left, without her apoligizing or acknowleding the fact I got up to leave. Not only I did not get the make up needed,I did not get my free gift. I will never go back there again, and have told all my friends. Connie Wetherall
