I requested two checks from SolidTrust pay on August 4th, 2012 and still have not received it. It is now Sep 10th and I have submitted two tickets so far and no representative has responded to either. I have called numerous times only to receive no answer as well.

I had submitted a ticket inquiring about the process of sending check to a different address than registered because I had recently moved; no response. The instruction stated that the check needed to be made out to the registered account holder, but nothing about what address to send it to.

The first check was for the amount of $500 and the status of the check reads "done"; however, my bank account was never increased $500 from a solid trust pay check!

The second was requested on august 28th, 2012 for $432 and the status showed "pending" for a couple days then was shown as done for the amount of $0. They rescinded the request and now my $432 is sitting in my account. I have no idea what is going on and I am pretty discouraged by the practices of this scammish company.

I feel that they have stolen my money from me. anyone else feel the same?

My user name is kevinetter
