I booked airport parking last Friday with sky parks and the price came up as £0.00, when I went through to book it charged me a booking fee.I paid this and booked the parking. I went on to book 3 more airport parking. I received booking confirmation for all the bookings. However that afternoon I received an email saying they had all been cancelled because there had been a computer error. However yesterday 10/9/12 I received booking confirmation again for the 4 bookings and today 11/9/12 I received 4 more booking confirmations. I have phoned them to double check the parking is booked to be told it is an error and it is cancelled. Also that the parking in January that I have booked is shut Nov - March. Have I got consumer rights that if they have sent me 4 bookings and then cancelled them and then resent me 4 more booking confirmations followed by 4 more today that they have to stand by there agreement and if one of the car parks is shut they have to find an alternative because they have accepted my booking. What are my statutory rights as a consumer.
