I have voice mails from a Sr. loan officer named Noah Wilson, telling me that I had a full approval for a full $5000 auto loan. I spoke with him, we went over terms of an 8% interest rate, a 48 month loan term and a monthly payment of $121. I was told as my collateral, I would have to send my first 5 months payment to a woman named Elba Berruz,who lives in Barcelona,Spain. Noah Wilson sent me a contract,which I still have, via email. I looked it over, signed it and faxed it back to him. this all happened the week of 07/21/2011. the very next week I was told that once I send my first 5 months payments, my "collateral", then the very next business day my $5000 loan would be deposited on my account before 5:00pm central time. so on 07/28/2011 I went to Big Kmart in Platteville,WI to Western Union. I sent $560 to Ms. Elba Berruz in Barcelona, Spain. The entire time Noah Wilson was on the phone with me, walking me through the entire process step by step. In the end I spent $610 on the Western Union transaction on 07/28/2011 and the next day 07/29/2011 my $5000 loan was not in my account as to contradict the contract I had signed. I called mutual credit solutions just to hear that I didn't have enough money down as a down payment and I could not get a refund for 2 weeks. I have tried calling them since and no one answers or returns my voice mails. i still have receipts from western union. contract evidence and voicemails from the loan officer and it has been a month and i have not seen or heard from them again. they took $610 from me and when i reported them to the BBB they closed my case and deamed it as unpursuable!
