I purchased credits for an app through fortumo and when i did not receive my credits I contacted them. They tried to twll me that it wasn't possible for them to charge me because they no longer work with sprint and haven't for six months so I then emailed screenshots of the text messages and screen shots of my bill showing that they do charge through sprint and have so it's completely possible. Now with proof I yet to receive my app credits or a refund and they are ignoring me. This company had no problem calling me a liar until proof was submitted. They are rude and unprofessional and should be shut down.
