On 8/03/12 we purchased several high end items in access of $3000.00. Completed and on-line survey as requested. I believe that is how my information was stolen and used in this $1000.00 winner status. Survey was also completed for the Geeks Squad on-line.The notice I recieved was a text from 4026199290 friday 9/14/12 at 10:09 am. code 4584 to claim $1000.00 gift card from Best Buy
