From the moment my husband and I started dealing with this company it was a distaster. They never called us back, they lost our order, had to come out to the house multipule times to get the same measurements, they were late getting us our piece of glass and blamed the "manfacurer". Awful customer serive, terrible follow through and follow up. We ened up canceling the order because it became such a hassle.
