sent for an introductory offer on the 1staugust,no goods arrived,on the 15th of august a much larger sum was taken from my account,still no goods have been received.My bank has stopped any further payments.
On phoning the company they asked for a form,a p58 from the post office fill in sections 4&5 and i would get a full refund.Further phone calls stated that they could give me a refund because i had not registered the letter,and had no proof of posting..
