I attempted to cancel my account with them within the 7 day initial trial period via email (I still have the email that I sent to them) they refused to cancel the account and have kept billing me month after month after month and also took (stole) money for 3 payments from me during this time.
I finally got them to cancel the account today but they not only are telling me that I owe them $89.75 but they are not willing to pay back the money that they stole from me.
I am also going to contact the attorney general's office as well about this.
Any help you can give me about this would be great.
Thank you,
