I ordered a flower basket for a funeral.I asked the woman I spoke with if it was a good size basket because I did not want to order anything small and she said it was not small.
When I arrived at the funeralhome,I could not believe what they had sent!My daughter took pictures and I called justflowers right away,and sent them the pictures, they said they would call the shop who made it on Monday,(9/17/12).When I talked to them on Monday,they said they would only refund 10.00
The basket was very tiny and didn't look anything like what they show on their web page.
