My husband mistakenly ordered a lifewatch button alarm. As soon as I found out, I tried to stop the order (same day). I could not reach a person, only "wait" music. Since then, the package came by UPS. We refused it. Now we have been billed for it. I have managed to get ahold of a person twice. I was shuttled to five different people, ending in the same place I started. Even though I did get a call that confirmed that the pkg. had been returned, no one now can confirm that it is there. I have left my message and phone number several times with the promise they would contact me, but no one has.
