I ordered a complete Knots landing DVD set. Which arrived after approx 6 weeks. The quality was rubbish and was obviously taped from the TV. Sent them back as requested by [email protected] to get a full refund. The package has been delivered to the address given which is Media Monster,PO BOX 1083, Mississauga B, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Y 3W4 on 11 09 2012. I have since sent proof of delivery and also several e mails to this company with no reply. I am currently out of pocket for the purchase $159 plus the return delivery of £33.07.
