Hi I just bought the property in east Cannington.The house condition was not good then we hired the handyman. we met with this guy on 13/08/2012. He gave me quote about $17,700. He said He will start on 17/08/2012. we said ok he said He need a upfront $5000 for buy the material. we paid. well He didnt start on 17/08/2012. He start on 27/08/2012.He did work only four days. He took our whole stuff like 8 doors, whole kitchen,whole bathroom. we asked to him about our stuff.He said, he will replace everything then after he did not come on the job. we called so many time he is not picking our call. no message reply.
