While checking my bank account this morning I noticed a fake check was written out to "Loan Tree Advances" in the amount of $30.00. The check didn't even have my correct phone number on it! I never applied for a loan through them. I was on the phone with their representative #996 who informed me if I wasn't approved for the loan I would get my money back. Well I wasn't approved and then her whole story changed. She then told me I would have to be approved for the loan in order to receive my refund. THIS IS A SCAM
