  • wow hes stuffing up by just not replying to anyone. Hopefully you have received yours by now like me. Apparantly there was a delay in shipment but thats no excuse for not replying. Email them again but dont be nice.

  • I'm having the exact same problem. Paid almost a month ago, had one email confining the order and one telling me my goods would arrive over 3 weeks ago, then nothing. Have emailed 5 times & left 2 phone msgs with no reply. Glad you got your gear @spinchick I was convinced I'd been scammed. Still going to contact ACCC. Am keen to see how @Harvs goes with Dept of Fair Trading This is ridiculous!

  • holy wow, another one, well all I can say is keep at them Happy Betty Ordy got his so theirs no reason why yours is not gonna come. Keep emailing, I used the email from the website and got a girl called Alana who emailed me back,with the excuse of a delay in shipping.

  • I am in the same boat, ordered beginning of September not replying to emails or phone messages. Hopefully he is just very disorganised and crap at customer service. He will learn the hard way that this sort of service is not tolerated and he will loose business, which is a shame because it looks like he has spent a lot of time and money on the site.

  • I got an email from Alana Wyatt through Mitchell Nation's hotmail account saying "we have no payment under your full name into the account however to find out if a payment is yours we need to know your banking institution so we can ship out tomorrow!"

    I sent them details including my receipt for payment and have not heard from them again.

    While encouraging I have still lodged my claim with fair trading.

  • Still no goods, however I received an email from Mitchell Nation last Wednesday via his hotmail account telling me he was sending my order that day and that he would forward me the tracking details by that evening. I'm still waiting for both. If I don't receive contact from him by close of business tomorrow I'm lodging my already completed complaint form with Consumer Protection. I've never had to work so hard for an online order before. Sounds like he's a bit of a backyard setup for his customer service to be this bad. Thanks for your comments guys it's good to hear of other people's progress (or lack there of). Will let you know if I ever receive my order.

  • @Tim I got the same email. Ordered TRX on 25/9. Got an email on 27/9 requesting to confirm my transaction receipt and that Alana Wyatt would provide tracking information. Then no reply. I've left messages on the mobile number with no call back. I think this is one big scam.

    ABN 24934068173, registered to NATION, MITCHELL JAMES has a last business address in Castle Hill 2154, NSW, Australia.

    If I don't receive contact by Friday NSW DoFT will be hearing from me.

  • STILL nothing! I sent my complaint to the Dept of Commerce WA today, then sent Mithell Nation a less than polite email. Glad you got your order AnnoyedOne it gives me a glimmer of hope to think I haven't been totally scammed. Not happy Jan. Fingers crossed it'll come soon.

  • Mitchell emailed me and said he hadn't received any of my numerous emails, text messages etc except for the last one. He asked for my order number (which was in the email he replied to) and bank that the money was transferred from. I heard nothing more for a week but today I received a tracking number. Hoping something might turn up tomorrow. I think that perhaps the company isn't a scam, but very, very badly run. I think that if people don't follow up then there is a good likelihood that orders will "go astray" because they are so disorganised. I've learned my lesson though, I'll never buy online using EFT again - Paypal or credit card only and I'll do more research before trusting a seller. I did lodge a complaint with the ACCC, I hope Mitchell either gets his act together or stops trading.

  • I also received an email from Alana saying they had not received any of my emails and wanting me to send her order number and my account details - obviously i did not send her account details but asked for her to send a bank cheque - I let her know that I would drop my Fair Trading complaint on receipt of cheque but surprise, surprise, have heard nothing. I'll be in contact with them again today.

  • Well blow me down - I received my order today. Mitchell emailed me a couple of days ago with a tracking number coincidentally the same day I received a confirmation letter from the Dept of Commerce acknowledging my complaint. I honestly thought I'd been scammed - it took 2 months and a barrage of emails, but it finally turned up. Good luck to anyone still waiting.... Don't let this dodgie operator get away with it.

  • Well done Happy Betty, I got a phone call from Fair Trading 2 days ago and just got my pack. I would rather get the TRX and not have to go to court but I am going to. O have sent an email and a text everyday for 2 weeks and I am not giving in.

  • Good luck with it Tim. I'm dumbfounded how people like him are still trading and not shut down. I guess if nobody complains he won't be sprung. Glad you're not giving in. I told him the only way he's getting me off his back is to send my order, but I suspect it was the complaint that worked.

  • Hi everyone, looks like those who have received TRXes have bought fakes. I compared mine to the "real deal" and they are different. Biggest difference is that there is no hologram on the unit we received and no way to register it.

  • Department of Fair Trading contacted Mitchell giving him 5 days to reply (which he didn't of course) so they sent me paperwork to fill in and send in to apply for a hearing at the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal which only costs about $37.00 to do so well worth it. I sent Mitchell a couple of emails letting him know my intentions and giving him plenty of time to contact me (again, no reply) so I submitted my application - well goodness me my TRX arrived a couple of days later. Only problem is no original packaging and no way to register unit as described by DoubleDecaf - am going to proceed with claim...

  • Good on you Harvs, I'll be keen to hear how you went. My husband has been using the TRX I ordered with no problems, but like DoubleDecaf said, it's quite possibly a fake.

  • Fantastic news Harvs! Please let us know how it goes. Brilliant that some sort of justice might be done and I love the thought of him having to show up in court or receive some sort of penalty. I got my TRX after letting Mitchell know I'd made a complaint to the ACCC. I contacted TRX to let them know Mitchell might be selling counterfeits but haven't had a reply yet. Training Solutions Australia are adamant they are not fake. I received this note from Alana: "Our products are not counterfeit and we offer full warranty and money back. We are not listed with TRX USA because all our stock comes from twistconditioning in Canada. How would you like me to resolve this issue?"

  • Well I have tried all sorts of things and wish you luck on the Tribunal. If you are successful I will also put mine in, I have the paperwork ready to go just don't want to take a day off work. I have also lodged with ACCC. He is still paying for google ads which is annoying me as he is still ripping people off, I thing his costs might go up in the next few weeks for these ads due to a surge in clicks. :)
