This a 'job' that allows you to work from home. It is a total scam. My position was the customer service manager, CSM. Responsibilities included being in charge of payments, middle man between the main office and the client. The money was transferred into my account, I was then to transfer it to the developers via western union and money gram. Only to learn that I had a negative balance in my account!
