For 11months this company have been taking £19.95 from my bank account without my permission and without me issuing them my bank details!!!!!!!
I remember going onto the site with regards to FREE credit rating.... Began to fill in application with my name and address but read about payment so voided.
Soon after when checking my account i noticed £19.95 had been withdrawn from my account eventhough i had given NO bank details.
This i reported to my bank Santander on their fraud line and was advised the problem had been dealt with and gave me a telephone number to contact Creditscorematters. When i phoned this number it was unknown!
Since then the amount of £19.95 has continued to be taken from my account around the 20th of each month.
This week i received an email from Creditscorematters (don't know how they got my new email address?)reporting that this amount shall be taken from my account.
Since there was a telephone number, i phoned and unexpectendly spoke to someone (0845 872 5624)
I moaned to have this cancelled and explained that this money had been taken without my consent. I was advised this would be done and a email would be sent to confirm this.
I have received an email to say that this has been stopped but not completely convinced and worried that if they can take amounts from my account without permission, who says they won't do it again or take a larger sum!
I am a single working parent depending on my income to support my family and cannot afford for this to have happened and would like to be able to claim back what money these people have stolen and stop them from doing it to any other innocent victim who choses to visit their site
