I went into my checking account and noticed a withdrawal from my account. I never ordered this loan and I am working to try and get my money back which all I am getting is the run around. They tell me to go to zmshelp.org which all there is are complaints. I can not get into the site that they tell me and then they say that someone will call me back which does not happen.
