I foolishly signed on for the 'free trial'and gave the company my debit card details to cover the £2.95 postage. Within 10 days I emailed Slimtone Plus and asked to cancelled my free trial, and asked where I could return the remaining products to. I receive an automated reply saying someone will contact me within 72 hours. Of course no one from the company has been in contact with me, AND the company -despite my email - went ahead a few days later and took £75 out of my current account without my authorisation- placing my account into its overdraft. I have contacted my bank, and been told I have to speak to Slimtone Plus and ask for my money back. I have emailed and left messages for Slimtone plus, and so date have not heard back from the company. My bank informs me they will only be able to intervene on my behalf 15 days after the event took place.
Please help!
