I had only $41-00 in my account to cover an insurance payment which was due out on 08/26/2011, when i briefly saw the $39-95 come out-I failed to check it was the actual insurance taking it , and until i checked my account today, after getting a notice of overdrawn account plus fees ($15-00au) I was flabergasted.
I am on the aged pension and totally unable to cope with these amounts being stolen from my account- I do not give out my visa card number to anyone and never buy off the net, unless it is a trusted site I know. Whoever did this needs a bullet for stealing from an older person. who is this person and where are they from???? I have never heard of them and know nothing about them or their business
Do I have to involve the police here in Australia or what, and also my account has now been frozen and I cannot get any money or do my normal payments when i am next paid until my new card arrives in about 2 weeks time???? What is the next step please . I found the punitrohelp when i put it into google search.... that's how i am here now asking for your help. my email addy is (Personal Information Removed) I would be interested in finding out what exactly is going on here????
