Also fell for the free trial paid over the postage only to find that they had taken nearly £70 from my bank.... I emailed them and told them to cancel the order and refund my payment without any response. I then emailed yet again still no response. When I again emailed to the Natural Health Network requesting my money back they told me that the money paid over was to pay for the Free sample !!! they also said that I had agreed to the terms (small print) therefore they had closed the account but no money to be refunded .... I will now involve the Trading Standards ..watch this space.
