I ordered online at their website for an item on 09/07/12 and I sent money through Western Union because even though the website says it will take Mastercard and paypal, it doesnt. They did not pick up the money until 1 week later even though it got there in minutes with WU. I sent an email stating the MTCN # and they said they would ship out the item ASAP, that was a lie, a whole week went by and still no email with a tracking number like they said. I sent another email telling them that I was very upset and mad as I was feeling quite uncomfortable at this point and they replied they would send it out ASAP again. Still nothing. So I sent several emails now that they have not replied to and I have not received anything. At this point I asked for my money back and still no reply. It has been 18 days now and I have ordered things from China before and the items come in within 10 days with a tracking number and confirmation it was sent. With Hibagsgo I have not received anything and now they are not responding to my emails. The last email I received said that my item was already shipped and would be in the US this week but there was no tracking number or email sent and my account info on the site states "pending" as it has stated since I placed the order. In my opinion I feel this is a scam and feel badly that I was scammed.

  • We sincerely apologize for giving you a reply late and made you feel upset. As we received your email with MTCN was the weekends in China and we went to pick the money late. We have arranged your package in a short time and it was still delayed. Your products have been sent. Sorry for any inconveninence caused to you.

  • Don't be fooled people, this company is a complete SCAM! Do not trust them. I verified the tracking number they sent me and it is not a real number. They continue the scam.

  • So this is the email that they have sent me which kinda contradicts what they posted above:

    We came across a defamatory (slanderous and libelous) page authored by you at many sites. It is unauthorized, taken out of

    context built specifically to defame our company. What you are talking about and the intent of your page is to maliciously defame.

    We will take immediate legal action if the page is not removed, and without any further comment from you after the tracking info

    updated online. We hope nothing similar will happen again.


    You have made a payment and send us the MTCN on 8 Sep. We have picked out the money after a week.




    We really have sent your product and the tracking info will be updated online next week.
    And now is the Mid-autumn festival and National day in China, so the delivery will be delay and slowly.

  • MY RESPONSE: The comment is my opinion and my experience with dealing with your company. The emails listed between your company and I clearly depict why my opinion is the way it is. I have been repeatedly lied to in multiple emails by you. I have sent a total of 16 emails to your company to try to get resolution and have not gotten relosution or an answer. I sent the money September 7, 2012 and it arrived in minutes. It is not my fault that you failed to pick it up until a week later. It is not my fault that you stated "it will go out ASAP' or "it will go out next week" (two times you said this), and you did not keep your word. You should keep your customer happy and do whatever it takes to make that happen. When I had sent repeated messages and got no response it is my opinion that I am being scammed. I voiced my opinion and experience, as we do have freedom of speech, on the internet, which is clearly not against the law. If you feel this is defamatory then you may want to make sure that I receive the product and that it is what I ordered without defect or return my money. I demanded my money back numerous times before you say the product was mailed out. If your festival was coming then you should have made sure that your unhappy customers order was mailed out so it would not be slowed. Your email says shop early, then you talk about the Autumn Festival and how mail will be slow, as this should not affect the way mail travels. Once I receive my money back or receive the product without defect I will post my opinion and that I received my money or product. I will not make any changes in my personal opinion until that happens. So if the product is coming slowly and is delayed, my comment is going to be slow and delayed as well. One thing I know for sure is that I will never do business with your company again nor will I recommend it either.
