I Shaun Witzke have had nothing but trouble with this bank, the quality of care with my account has been nothing but poor. My account has recently been hacked, losing all my money that I had saved up. The response from my bank, after having to deal with their poor customer care hours, said that they would launch an investigation and will get back to me. Needless to say, I would have to call them in order to get any sort of feedback from them. They then stated that they would return the money to me within a couple of weeks. With this in mind, while still on my trip, I checked my account for any other activity and to possibly catch my check from my current employment before it was sucked into the account. I found that I was charged $30 from an unknown company called; Pacific Advances. I immediately researched the company for any sort of relation to me, only to find out through scambook.com that on the same day that my account was charged, so were many other people. The check itself was fraudulent. There was no sign of my handwriting nor my signature of consent on the back. My bank then refunded the money back into my account and then charged me a $34 NSF fee to add a cherry on top of my crap cake. Not to mention my check from my current employment hasn't shown up, when it usually shows up instantly at midnight on Thursday. After researching the check I decided to look up my bank to see if there are any other surprises, and what do you know. Vectra bank was involved in Colorado land scam and Oklahoma tax credit fraud~ Oh joy.. and when I went to reaccess my account online either on internet explorer or google chrome or mozilla it would tell me my bank's own website wasn't safe and was told not to proceed. I am very upset and in a panic about my account. I need answers now, not when it's convenient for them.

  • I would like a refund of all my money that I had lost while using this bank, an apology from the bank for it's lack of customer care and service and they NEED to changed their business practice. If I had known they were apart of several fraudulent acts that have been documented and can be shared with the public, wouldn't you think that they would have been shut down in the first place? When I have a problem, I need results now, and action to be taken.
