I was told I had contacted Microsoft with an error report, and these Indian Technicians would help me resolve error and they were responding to fix the issue and it would cost me AU$248.00 to have a virus shield installed onto my robot, I am going to the bank tomorrow to say my card has been compromised and get them to issue me a replacement card.
