International boundaries

I ordered electric service through dominion power who then referred me to AllConnect to set up internet/tv/phone. I signed up for internet through them with CenturyLink with the promise of 12 mbps. When the installation guy came he told me it was only 1.5 mbps. I didn't want that because comcast at 10 mbps was better so I withdrew from centurylink in the 1st month in which I was guaranteed I would not be charged due to there customer service guarantee. A month later I received a bill for 250 dollars including 200 for an early termination fee.

  • I would like to have the charges nullified, a change in business practice so that more people arnt forced to waste there time fighting this, and I would like an apology for wasting my time and trying to steal my money.
