A check was created by a company, Alliance, and taken out of my checking acct. Called the 1-877 # on front of check, which I was told that they where a 3rd party billing company, and could not give me any more info, and offered a refund, which should be processed in 5-10 business days. (not holding my breath) Also gave me a bogus email address associated with that account. Called my bank, they will be checking into this. NOT HAPPY...will be closing out this account.
