On 10/3/12 I noticed my checking account was overdrawn by -50.18. I knew things were gonna be tight but not overdrawn I reveiwed my account and found a charge for 29.95 which overdrew the account and caused a 35.00 fee. I investigated where this came from and found the My Money Leaf info on my account, this is related to a loan someone has taken out in my name. I called the company and was treated VERY badly by the rep on the phone and explained I did not apply for a loan and she insisted I had and that is where they got my info. I asked her to tell me what finacial institute the loan came through and she said they had no access to that info,I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing but was told I would recieve a refund of the 29.95. How can they not know where the info came from? I dont do anything online with my checking how did they get my info? Who took out a loan? Are there gonna be other charges from this showing up such as payments withdrawn from my account for the loan? What do I do?
