Our local bank branch, processed a stolen/fraud check through our account. They now are holding us responsible.We have tried to contact their fraud department, to get their help, but all we get is " leave your name and number, and someone will contact you. Almost a month has gone by, and we have gotten no reply.

- Refund the amount of the fraud,so that our account,and good standing, could be restored. We want no money ourselves, just for them to take responsibility,for their incompetence, and bring our account back to zero balance. We will never have an account with BBT again.
