To Whom It May Concern:
I called Gateway Help PC Support to correct the errors in my computer Gateway DX442S-
Serial #1102153984. My Pin# 1006489169 in Gateway's Files.
A technician told me that he wiil be able to correct the errors in my
computer programs. However, the following day it was never repaired . I made
several calls within 3 days and nothing materialized. I spoke to 3 different technicians.
Each technician tried to fix the problems the same way as the others. It didn't work.
My technician's #'s : 102245,444013,44654.
On August 17 ,2012, I spoke to the supervisor in Gateway Help PC Support. and was
told to send this letter to you.
My computer is still not fixed. However, I'm not using this computer
anymore . I will not use the above for all the waste in time and nothing fixed.
Please credit my account for the $149.99 on my Sears MasterCard A.S.A.P.
Thank you.
Yours truly,
Lois Marx
