I too have been caught by this scam. I ordered the samples paying only postage. They arrived in two packages with a £19.00 customs fee for each one. I did not accept them and returned to sender. I asked for my money back via email. I have heard nothing. A few days later I realised that $99.00 had been removed from my account. I asked my bank to trace it to see if they can get me a refund. At no time do I recall ordering the full price product. There is a phone number on the confirmation email. This is an 0808 number in the UK which cannot be traced to any location.
