Scammed for £1505 in May 2012, still no progress with refund or contact. Spending all my time trying to track down information on this scum. Ordered quad bike after lots of reassurance from 'Martin Cole', the forever loyal sales advisor. Paid via bank transfer, which coincidently isn't covered for reimbursement cover, unlike a credit card. Consistent lame excuses about the non delivery, courier problems etc, not enough funds for refund. Mr. Cole and the familiar 'Darren Skinner' appear to be untraceable. Can't take legal action as the offenders cannot be found.

Hi.
we need to all get together on this. We need to put pressure on the police to act. Dalton House is an accomodation address but Small firms services who sell it say they will give info to police on who buys the addresses. How do we get the police to get us the information. I pay for the police out of my council tax and they don't seem to exist when you need them. Can we start a compaign on facebook maybe. This guy must tell someone what he does. I've put it all on Fraud Alert and chatted to them and phoned them today but all that happens is the complaint goes on a database. It may be used to solve crimes or help others. Not good enough. I'm a victim of a bastard that took my money with no intention of providing what I was paying for. I feel the police are the same now. Not a good way to treat scam victims. -

- I bought a quad from leisure quads and the same thing happened to me after reading these I have looked on line and have found 3 sites that seem to be the same thing leisure quads quick quads and quads direct. has anyone had any look getting money back or finding the people behind this scam
