basiclly i promote giff gaff and get paid a referral fee now they will not give the to me,there emails about this are below....

i still have not been paid after months of asking you to sort it please can you give me the reason you are not paying me?????????

Hi there Stephen, Thanks for getting in touch with giffgaff about your payback points. I hope to help fully resolve this today for you. I have taken a look at your account and can see you have given out a lot of SIM cards to friends but no one has activated them. I can see from your previous cases that you stated you are sure nearly 20 people have activated your SIM cards but unfortunately they may not have followed the correct process which linked the SIM cards back to yourself. SIM cards must have been ordered and activated via spread giffgaff / personalised order link, therefore the SIM is automatically linked to your account. Please take a look at how payback points work: http://giffgaff.com/index/payback. Stephen if you can confirm the usernames of the friends who you think are using your SIM cards and I can certainly send the information off to our payback team to investigate further for you. i ordered the sim sent from your site so you should have that on you system,also that stll does not count for the other recruits that have used the sim correctly,its not ,my fault how sims are used i promote them to be paid as part of our agreement,can you please pay me for the ones that are ok?

Hey Stephen, Thanks for getting back to me about your points. I have checked your account Stephen and I can see that there have been no points added. Therefore the SIMS either weren't activated or the username was not added. I am afraid that the points can't be added unless the SIMS have been activated. I am very sorry about this.
